JG Finneran - Updates to Terms & Conditions – Effective April 2022

Order Cancellations: Special Order, Private Label, and Customized Equipment are non- cancellable after order acknowledgement is provided. For standard, stocked products, all cancellation of orders must be requested by Purchaser and approved by JGF in writing.

Shipping Discrepancies: Any discrepancies must be reported within 15 days of invoice date. Contact: customerservice@jgfinneran.com fdffde

Returns:Prior authorization is required for all returns. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Regularly stocked items are returnable in original, unopened cartons within 45 days of shipping date. Contact our Customer Service Department (856) 696-3605 or customerservice@jgfinneran.com to request an RMA number. The RMA number will expire 45 days from the issue date and must be noted on all paperwork accompanying the returned merchandise. Merchandise returned using an expired RMA number will not be accepted. Freight charges on all returned merchandise are the responsibility of the purchaser. Accepted returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge at our discretion. Credit will be issued when the merchandise is received by JG Finneran and is verified to be in re-saleable condition.

Credit Cards: we accept Mastercard or Visa. Note, a 3% convenience fee will be applied.
